2 Sheets Puff Pastry
5 Slices Prosciutto, cut in half lengthways
Preheat oven to 180'c.
Cut pastry into 10 equal strips (cut lengthwise, 5 strips per sheet of pastry)
Top each with a strip of prosciutto, pressing gently to stick. Twist each pastry; place on a tray lined with baking paper, pressing ends down firmly.
Bake 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.
