Gently lower eggs into a saucepan of simmering water. Cook till your preferred firmness;
Soft Boiled - 3 to 4 mins
Firm White, soft yolk - 4 to 7mins
Hard Boiled - 8mins
Place boiled eggs in cold water once cooked to prevent the formation of the grey ring between the yolk and white. I serve mine with salt, pepper and a sprinkle of cheese.
