Pour wine into a small saucepan and reduce by half. Add red wine, sugar and vinegar and leave to cook for 10mins (or longer if you want a stickier sauce). Season and serve.

My husband Tyson is a bbqaholic (if that's even a word?) But seriously anything bbq related he knows. Anything from succulent pulled pork to simple juicy sirloin steak this man can master. This is one of his go to rubs for our pulled pork. Sprinkle this amazing rub into any type of meat or seafood. This rub keeps great in a sealed container in the cupboard.

50g Cumin powder
3 Tablespoons Black Pepper
50g Garlic powder
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper ( You can use more if you like it hot)
Mix all ingredients together. Place in a sealed container and keep in the cupboard.
