A quick 15min treat, perfect for an afternoon snack or for the kids lunch boxes. A mix between a muffin and a scone. Add bacon for an extra treat! Ingredients:
1 Cup Self Raising Flour 2 Cups Cheese, Grated 1 Egg, beaten 1/2 Cup Milk Method: Preheat the oven to 180'c. Grease a 12 hole muffin tin. Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a wooden spoon, adding the milk last to bind. Mix well to ensure an even consistency (the mixture will be very sticky). Use a tablespoon to put golf ball sized amounts into each of the muffin tin holes. Bake for 10mins. Cool in a tray for 5mins before removing and serving.
