A cheesy, baconey (if that's a word) dip. Perfect for crackers, veggie chips or served over nacho's.
3 Spring Onions, chopped
2 Cups Cheese, Grated (I used a vintage cheddar)
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Mayo
1/2 teaspoon Mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
8 Slices Streaky Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill in the fridge for 1hr prior to serving.
