On a cold winters day there is nothing more comforting than a brownie. This isn't any brownie this is a CHOC CHIP BLONDIE! A blondie is made with white chocolate instead of milk choc, but i can't resist a choc coma (yes i made that up, yes it's real! haha) and had to add a few chocolate chips into mine, seriously who doesn't love extra chocolate. Ingredients:
1 cup Butter 4 Eggs 2 cups Sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 2 cups Plain flour 1 teaspoon Salt 1 1/2 cup White chocolate chips 1/2 cup Choc Chips Method: Preheat oven to 160'c. Grease and line a brownie tin. Melt butter and 1/2 cup of the white chocolate chips in a microwave, checking every 20 seconds. Let cool Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Mix in the cooled butter and chocolate mixture along with the flour and salt, and remaining chocolate chips, Stir until combined. Pour the batter into your brownie tin. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until a knife comes out clean (or has a few crumbs). Allow to cool in pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
