A fresh crispy slaw, perfect for summer (or with any meal)
1/4 Red Cabbage
1/4 Red Onion, Finely sliced
1 Carrot, Grated
1/2 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
To make the slaw, combine Cabbage, Onion, Carrot together. Mix the mayo and lemon juice together; add to the dry ingredients and combine well so all the veggies are covered in the sauce.
