The other day i received some awesome goodies from the lovely people over at 'thank you' (click on the name thank you to go to their website) I cam across their 'Super seed protein clusters' and i knew instantly i wanted to make some healthy(ish) granola bars. Chewy, sweet and crunchy these are perfect for a lunchbox treat or an arvo snack. Super simple to make and if you use thank you's product you can help others See below for more info on 'Thank You' Ingredients: 1/2 Cup rolled oats 2 1/2 Cups 'Thank you' super seed protein clusters 1/4 Mixed dried fruit 1/4 Cup Honey 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter Method: Preheat oven to 180'c. Line a slice tray with baking paper. Mix all ingredients together to form a sticky mixture (you might need more honey or peanut butter to your mixture to make it slightly sticky), and pack into slice tray. Bake for 15mins or until mixture becomes slightly golden. Cool and once cool enough pop them in the freezer for 15mins to set. Notes: Cook longer for a more crunchier bar. Add anything to your bars to suit your taste (I added a drizzle of chocolate at the end) When the bars come out of the oven they are very crumbly, they need to cool for the honey and peanut butter to set. Keep the bars in the fridge to keep fresh.
