A cute little hamburger goes down a treat in our household. We love to experiment with different combo's! This is the go to recipe that we use over and over again for the patties. We mince our own meat but you can buy pre minced meat if you don't have a mincer. Ingredients:
Meat Patties: 3 Pork Scotch Fillets 2 Beef Scotch Fillets 1 Large onion Grated 1 Tablespoon BBQ seasoning 1 Tablespoon Liquid smoke 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoons garlic, minced 1/2 Cup cubed cheese Burger: 12 mini hamburger rolls (Halved & toasted) Lettuce Tomato (cut into slices) Bacon Cheese slices Caramelized onions Mayo Tomato Sauce Method: Grind meat thru a mincer, add all other patty ingredients and mix until well combined. Fry in a shallow frying pan until cooked. Arrange burgers and serve hot
