I used homemade Mango yogurt in this recipe but you can change it to whatever you fancy.
150g castor sugar
160g Flavored yogurt
175g S.R Flour
1 teaspoon Lemon juice.
Pre heat oven to 180’c. Using an electric mixer beat together the butter and sugar until you get a pale and creamy texture.
Add eggs 1 at a time, mix thoroughly after each one. Add yogurt and lemon juice. Fold in flour until mixture is combined. Place mixture into a greased cake tin and bake in oven for around 25-35mins until golden brown and when a skewer is inserted comes out clean.
Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack
